How do I cancel my subscription through the App Store?
To manage or cancel your subscription if purchased via the App store, you’ll need to do so directly through the App Store. If you don’t cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel subscriptions made via the app store for you, as these are managed entirely through the App Store.
Here's how you can cancel your subscription via the App Store:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
- You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions. Tap the one you want to manage or cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to stop the auto-renewal.
If you have trouble locating your subscription, make sure you're logged into the correct Apple ID associated with the subscription.
Please note:
- Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- If you cancel, you can still enjoy the benefits of your subscription until the end of the current billing period.
